These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the entire relationship between pkpk tbk (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers on, deposits funds into, or otherwise uses the pkpk tbk website at https://pkpk-tbk.com and all associated services, including the sports betting section, online casino, crash games, slots, and any promotional or bonus features offered by the Platform.

The Platform's failure to enforce any particular provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Access to and use of pkpk tbk is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration to create a pkpk tbk account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Players regardless of their location within Bangladesh.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm by registering and using pkpk tbk that:

• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, business, or syndicate in placing bets or making deposits.

pkpk tbk reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by competent Bangladeshi authorities. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and identity may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full range of pkpk tbk's betting and gaming services, you must register a Player account via the registration form on the Platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) Player account on pkpk tbk. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment account, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Balances and bonuses held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the Player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

After registering, Players will receive account access credentials including a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkpk tbk Login details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkpk tbk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login details.

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting pkpk tbk customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, the Platform will process any pending verified withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method before closing the account. Accounts that have been closed voluntarily may be eligible for re-opening subject to fresh KYC verification, at pkpk tbk's sole discretion.

pkpk tbk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment methods currently listed on the Platform. At the time these Terms were last updated, approved payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via selected partner banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may also be available for qualifying Players.

Key deposit and withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Deposit processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to the Player's pkpk tbk wallet balance within approximately 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or scheduled maintenance.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the pkpk tbk finance team during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Currency: All transactions on pkpk tbk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). pkpk tbk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Payment method consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of Player funds.

pkpk tbk does not charge fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their service terms. pkpk tbk accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

pkpk tbk reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide documentation to address the concern, subject to applicable legal requirements.

pkpk tbk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered Players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to major Bangladesh sporting events such as BPL fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid celebrations, and Pohela Boishakh. Each individual promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the offer at the time of its availability.

The following general rules apply to all pkpk tbk bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• All bonus offers are available to Players who have completed full account registration and KYC verification.
• Bonuses are credited to a Player's bonus wallet, which is separate from their real-money cash wallet. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount a Player must wager using the bonus funds before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the Player must place ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Bonus offers have expiry dates. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings accumulated from it will be forfeited automatically.
• pkpk tbk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified where possible when a currently active offer is amended or cancelled.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment account.

Any Player found to be exploiting, abusing, or artificially inflating bonus value through techniques such as low-risk matched betting, arbitrage, chip dumping, or other strategies that pkpk tbk determines to constitute bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided. pkpk tbk may additionally suspend or permanently close the accounts of Players engaged in systematic bonus abuse, at the Platform's sole discretion.

As a registered Player on pkpk tbk, you agree to use the Platform in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations apply to your use of all pkpk tbk services, including the pkpk tbk Login portal, the sportsbook, the casino lobby, the crash games section, payment services, and customer support channels.

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times — during registration, during KYC verification, and when communicating with customer support.

pkpk tbk reserves the right to monitor Player activity on the Platform for the purposes of fraud prevention, compliance, and platform integrity. Where monitoring reveals activity that is inconsistent with normal player behaviour or that suggests a breach of these Terms, pkpk tbk may take proportionate action including temporary account suspension, request for documentation, or permanent account closure.

pkpk tbk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player's account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The Player has registered multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, match fixing, or systematic exploitation of Platform features.
• The Player has been subject to a chargeback or reversal on a deposit transaction.
• pkpk tbk is required to close the account by law, regulation, or court order.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's access to the pkpk tbk Login portal will be temporarily restricted. The Player will be notified of the suspension and may be asked to provide documentation to assist the investigation. pkpk tbk aims to resolve suspension investigations within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 to 10 business days (BST, UTC+6).

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request, or closed by pkpk tbk for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus amounts that have not met their wagering requirements.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded through pkpk tbk's responsible gaming tools may also request permanent account closure. In such cases, the Platform will process the closure promptly and return any verified cash balance (excluding unmet bonus amounts) to the Player's registered payment method.

pkpk tbk provides its platform, games, and services on an "as available" basis. While the Platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability, pkpk tbk does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, latency, or data transmission failures. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to registered Players in advance where reasonably practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkpk tbk's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pkpk tbk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account login credentials.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity interruptions, or device malfunctions on the Player's end that result in a lost bet or disconnected gaming session.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations arising from third-party game provider software, provided that pkpk tbk takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to the Player's chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banks, etc.) rather than to pkpk tbk's internal systems.

pkpk tbk is not responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties that may be applicable to a Player's gambling winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations that arise from their use of the Platform and any winnings received.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law, including any liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
